Terms governing access to and use of our services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of software platforms, applications, and services operated by Geos LLC ("Geos," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to LeadBridge, ServiceFlow, Callio, Sigcore, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are acting on behalf of a business or organization, or
  • You are authorized to bind the business you represent.

2. Description of Services

Geos LLC provides software platforms that enable businesses to:

  • Receive and manage customer leads
  • Send and receive SMS messages
  • Manage voice communications
  • Automate operational workflows
  • Access communication infrastructure services

Geos provides infrastructure and software tools but does not act as the end provider of goods or services offered by businesses using the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must:

  • Create an account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Communications & SMS Usage

A. Platform Notifications

Geos may send operational SMS notifications related to:

  • Lead alerts
  • Account updates
  • System notifications

Users may opt out by replying STOP or adjusting account settings.

B. Business-to-Customer Messaging

Certain Services allow businesses to communicate with their own customers via SMS or voice.

Businesses agree that they:

  • Are solely responsible for obtaining proper customer consent before sending messages
  • Will comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including TCPA and A2P messaging requirements
  • Will not send unlawful, unsolicited, or prohibited messages

Geos acts solely as a technology provider and does not assume responsibility for customer opt-in practices of businesses using the platform.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violate telecommunications regulations
  • Circumvent carrier policies or messaging compliance requirements

Geos reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Compliance With Laws

Users must comply with:

  • Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • A2P 10DLC requirements
  • Toll-free verification standards
  • Applicable privacy and data protection laws

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain Services require subscription fees or usage-based charges.

Users agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring billing where applicable

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

Geos does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Perform maintenance
  • Suspend accounts for compliance reasons

We are not liable for carrier filtering, delivery delays, or telecommunications outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geos LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Customer disputes between businesses and their clients
  • Message delivery failures caused by carriers

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geos LLC from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of messaging laws
  • Failure to obtain proper customer consent
  • Content you transmit through the platform

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and infrastructure remain the property of Geos LLC.

Users retain ownership of their business data and customer information.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Regulatory risk
  • Carrier compliance issues

You may cancel your account at any time.

13. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
